Errant Signal, Her Fearful Symmetry, and It Runs in the Family are three new "quests" that were not in the game before. As a result of the new "quests" there are also new neural interrogations and apparently they added in some new secrets, too.
"I am wondering what content the Deluxe Edition of Observer System Redux adds to the game. I looked it up on the homepage and it said that art and soundtracks are added to the game. Is that it?"
