What Content Does The Deluxe Edition Add To The Game?

Hello people.
I am wondering what content the Deluxe Edition of Observer System Redux adds to the game. I looked it up on the homepage and it said that art and soundtracks are added to the game. Is that it?
Does that mean that the additional art and music are just jpg and mp3 files that I can download or does that mean that I get more ingame music while playing the game?
I'm confused.

You get the soundtrack and the artbook outside the game. That means in deluxe edition you get the same game as in normal version, plus these two things which are outside the game. Soundtrack is really nice, I liked it very much, though it's just 14 tracks. Artbook let's you see many details of obejcts inside of the game and how were they build. If I were you, I would wait for sale to get all of those cuz the game is very good and you could support devs as well

For the sake of posterity the replies here are not correct.

Errant Signal, Her Fearful Symmetry, and It Runs in the Family are three new "quests" that were not in the game before. As a result of the new "quests" there are also new neural interrogations and apparently they added in some new secrets, too.
