Weird graphic bug

Hello as the title says I experience a weird graphic bug, all the textures in the game have this cyberpunky glitch texture overlaying it and sometimes even flickering, it's all in this light green color, it's also not that I didn't take the meds, it's straight up buggy, please take a look at the screenshot I made, the game in not enjoyable this way.

Using a RX 6600, tried it on Linux with Proton and on Windows 10 both have the exact same graphical problem and it's only in this game, sadly this bug makes the game not enjoyable at all, it loses all it's charme, if someone knows how to fix this please let me know, I am very thankful!
