Game is really pretty scary, but needs work!
I'm sure I'll be saying nothing new here, but on the off chance that someone is curious about this: Waith is actually a pretty scary game. Like, I'm legit surprised that a game I've never heard about until it released can lay some claim to "scariest VR game since Half-Life Alyx", but here we are. The only problem?

This game has some serious issues.

Other people have mentioned the controls, so I won't cover that. But the AI in this game is ... in a word, frustrating to get around. The encounters are both terrifying and absolutely annoying due to bugs and such. Having the save system they do makes getting caught in an encounter a painful process, and sometimes when you "die", you end up face-to-face with a black screen causing you to need to re-load the game entirely.

I really hope that the devs take another pass on the encounter design here because the game really is pretty scary, but the AI is a bit too aggressive and quick to get bugged, stuck, or otherwise have strange behavior.

Also, if I might add, please don't 'push' geometry around when you slide your head into a wall -- allow the player to "phase" through the wall, but just render a solid color like Half-Life does to let the player know they're colliding with the environment in a bad way. It's very disorienting when that happens.

As an aside, great work on comfort options otherwise.
