Imagine Multiplayer

This game has huge potential for multiplayer / Co-op.

Just imagine giving your friends the annoying tasks of buying the raw materials for your businesses.

Yeah, I think other PCs running rival outfits would be the only way to go. The problem I foresee though would be the pacing of the game- my turns take a long time to complete right now, and I think another person waiting on me to finish a turn would get pretty annoyed with me, so idk.

Maybe but it'd be working off of the same principle as something like Civ 5 or Endless Space I would assume. Where, yea, people my be waiting for a bit for you to finish your turn, but as you're progressing generally at the same rate, just in different ways and directions, it wouldn't take as long as you'd think.
