Lol, I was going to warn you about that when I read your above post a few hours ago, but I figured I was too late to save anyone at that point. I made the same mistake when I first started.
You can hire those hooligans into your own crew instead of killing them. Or just buy out their corner and they'll leave. Some of them have pretty good traits so hiring them is a good idea when you can.
