Unlocked items in stores

Does anyone know which items can be found in shops and other item rewards?

Like after unlocking Frozen Arrows for the first time doing it's conditions, can I now find it on later runs in a shop or do I still have to do the specific requirements for it everytime like taking a specific path?

If you access the tome of knowledge any of the items that have a small portrait int he top left can only be accessed on that space.

Anything that doesnt can be found in normal shops

Well that's not completely true, for instance I know and you can check fairly easily that berserker potion, voodoo doll and brigand's armor(might be a different armor but one of the three that are unlocked in the same location) are all available in the starting town shop.
