Anyone know how to unlock black deck item?
the hint says its from a white rat boss but I have no idea where he is and google is of no help

White rat boss (Ratone) is at the end of Sewers in Ice biome. You can access it either by going through node where you meet Zek (you either need Zek or his key) or after sailing with a ship along south path (need 1000g).
