Malukah-Andrin-Laia-Yogger
Malukah can heal and do damage and with the reduced healing has some insane combos she can do.
Mark Andrin has amazing scaling and make it where everyone on the team can do huge numbers even with low damage cards
Laia does solid damage and can help with heals or defense as needed and having sanctify is always a good idea
Yogger has massive speed control and his meat can help with emergency heals or for boosting buff numbers and synergizes with Malukah very well
I'm sure there are better teams but this one has worked for me a couple times :)
Andrin Ottis Gustav Yogger
Andrin is pretty well required for M16 due to the speed and mark he adds which can be double dipped by most dual attacking cards ingame, such as whispering lies on gustav, dual strike, holy slash etc. He is also useful for spamming traces, to "change" rng in fights and to also skim through others decks.
Ottis is kinda only used for early game healing and applying bless via paladins gauntlets or regen via minotaur horn (which got nerfed to be capped at 8 stacks sadly) but otherwise he is pretty useful for helping defend allies that can get targeted or one shot easily, plus you might want to stock up on some courages cause of Archon and Handshek.
Gustav, oh where do i begin with Gustav? He can be played either a support or DPS, i typically do DPS gustav as it seems to be one of the best ingame. He is essentially played the same way you'd play sharpness on thuls and by using dual attacking cards. but instead you get the perk on which sharpness adds shadow damage and then go into the left side talent tree on gustav this gets you to essentially replace Slashing and pierce damage with mind and shadow damage. These also gain the bonuses from mark and resistance debuffs. They do a few hundred per hit against handshek or archon with 50 sharpness, 50 mark, and max vulnerability.
The additional damage on mind also scales on items such as the weapon netherite dagger, that one clarify scroll equipment accessory (does mind on damage hit) and heavy metal, yet netherite dagger is hard to find as same with the scroll.
Additionally this allows gustav to be able to deal slashing & piercing (if you need to some reason) as well as mind and dark damage to enemies depending on their resistances. He's a very broad character which can be used for a multitude of roles, and is fairly easy to understand if you go the DPS route with him.
Yogger is extremely usefulf or debuffing, applying sharp, using helping hand to add inspire and to use intimidates to apply mark, he is essentially a buffer and debuffer along with typical yogger buffs such as vitality.
Hopefully this is some good information and advice.
