Just bought the game, is it still in the game? I saw it used in some older videos but cant seem to find it

Yes it is. It is a rare mage card. You can buy one and find some more, Cornelius starts with 2 of them. You might have to do some unlocks to purchase them in the starting town.

It can get offered after a battle, if you see it -> grab it! :)
