Stealth+Sharp to deal massive AoE damage with Fan of Knives.
Poison nuke.
And finally Shiv.
There might be some overlap depending on preferences and what you pick up during a run.
Stealth+Sharp relies on Thuls natural stealth bonuses and getting the item Assassin's Tools. This gives you +1 Sharp for every Stealth you apply to yourself. This can then be increased with Perks and other items.
You then use the yellow upgraded Fan of Knifes(it outscales Blue upgrade at between 6-10 stacks) to deal massive AoE damage.
Keep 1-2 cards for single target damage purpose.
Poison nuke is all about getting a lot of poison on enemies, then detonate it with various abilities. Mages and Healers can join in the fun here, as they also have abilities that can detonate poison stacks(Noxious Eruption and Vile Gas).
You can itemize so that Sight applies poison(Greenzone Spider Queen drop, great on a Nezglekt build) and Wet apply poison(Green Zone, Hydra drop, great on a Wilbur Wet/Lightning build). This helps speed up the poison stacking.
The last one is a bit weird(in terms of perks and resources spent on rerolls), but very fun.
Shiv is all about making massive amount of attacks for very little energy. If you combine that with something like Destroyer Gauntlets(converts your damage to Blunt and applies Crack on each hit), you can scale damage very, very fast.
The cards you want is dual strike(is has 2 damage channels which become Blunt damage, so you gain double the benefit of Crack)Weapon Cache(B)(discover 3 small weapons and put them into your hand for 2 energy).
You want the item Endless Bag so that when your hand is empty, you draw 3 more cards, which synergizes very well with your unique Hidden Hand card that you can get at level 4.
If you then also have a warrior that also benefits from Crack stacks(Bludgeon, Pulverize, Siege Breaker) it can get all kinds stupid.
