Any way to unlock all characters?

Alright I'll say it, feel free to tell me why I'm wrong. I don't enjoy unlocking the characters. I don't mind the progression from the perk points or town unlocks, but the character unlocks are just stressful to me and feel unnecessary. It's a single player ish (PvE at the very least) game and I "should" be able to skip some of the unlock process if I'd like. Does anyone have a save editor or cheat engine guide for unlocking characters? I poked around in the save files/cheat engine memory space a bit and couldn't figure it out, but I'm not an expert at this kind of thing.

I mean there is a guide for an unlock order to unlock them in as few runs as possible, but I'm not aware of a cheat no
