Talent cards?
At rank 20 there is a mention of talent cards (blue). Which cards are those?

The level 2 and 4 cards are blue instead of white.

Oh, you mean the cards you get on level ups. Ok, but they should have been called Trait Cards, then, because you get Traits when you level up, not Talents.
