You are talking about One piece and that you now have 1 key out of 3? It's a reference to the anime One piece, not sure if it's supposed to continue after that or not though.

As far as I can tell, another key is hidden in the same place you do Heiner's quest. and only 2 keys exist at the moment. I assume the next area will have the last key/chest.
