Craftsman is around the naga temple in green portal if i remember correctly, throne is red portal south path, next node after cornelius staff event. It looks like throne on map

To get to the craftsman you need to get the craftman's apprentice from chapter 1 first, then you can go to him in the swamp, next to the shop.

To start the craftman's apprentice, you need to find the blue book (Doesn't always spawn) beside the palisade just before yogger's camp on the first map. (top right of map) Then it's just a matter of accepting to help and finding the node on the green map afterwards.

Sit on the throne is in act 2/3 in the lava area. Far right before the boss. Its a purple event.
