Can't play on Epic? (Error "Please login to authenticate")

I launched this game on Epic the other day.
'Please log in and authenticate'.
The screen does not move from there with the message.

I referred to the following video in search of a solution

Just to confirm your titles question: You can play on Epic. I finished the game there without issues. So it must be some other issue at play.

In addition to this.
・Disabling Virus Buster.
・Game file modification
・EPIC Launcher, administrator run of the game.
・Change the web browser in windows settings->applications->prescribed apps.
・Directly launch Insurmountable.exe in the installation folder.
I tried everything, including the following, but I could not get the login screen to pop up or transition to the start screen before...
The problem was not resolved.

This problem persists in steam as well. I cannot get pass the first loading screen after clicking "continue" or "start new game". Fix it quick please or I'd have to get a refund

The solution :

- Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (X64 and X86)
- Run Epic Games Launcher in administrator mod

It works for me.
