Hey, sorry to hear that you experience these issues! Could you possibly join our discord server to provide us with your game's logfiles and some more details about these bugs? Then we can have a look at what exactly goes wrong there!
Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience!
I just want to be able to play Insurmountable as I once did.
Thank you.
Hey, sorry for my late response to this. I still want to clarify a few things:
- First of all, the two issues I quoted in this post were different ones, not related to the missing DLL error.
- Oftentimes knowing that there is an issue is unfortunately not enough. In order to find the cause of the issue, we need data from players experiencing that specific issue. That is why we ask affected players to send us their logfiles and/or savegames: It helps us to investigate the problem.
- We think that for most players, Discord is an easy way to provide us with these files because a large amount of the playerbase has a Discord acccount anyways. However, it is of course not required to do that via Discord. Unfortunately it is not possible to upload files here in the Steam discussion forums, but you could also send us files via mail: insurmountable@byterockers.games
Tragically:
+1
But regardless, the bottom line is, this is a known issue and has it been resolved yet? It's been over a month
