8 fps on 1060 6gb
7-8 fps in main menu and game, the system meets the recommended requirements. What should I do?

My specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz
Video Card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
Video Card #2; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
RAM; 24 GB
Operating System; Windows 10

I solved the problem.
The game gives out 7-8 fps on the laptop screen 17.3 inch 120 Hz, on a regular monitor 24 inch produces 50-60 fps on the same graphic settings.
