yes, actually, they said it on the "Early Access Showcase", there was a little roadmap explaining when we could expect DLC to be released, and Akira said it himself that the first character would be new (and that the second one would be a returning character)

Imagine saying that 'charge moves' are design flaw lmao and trying to make an already braindead character dumber. Must be man's first fighting game (or as he called it 'brawler game' lmao).
That's what you got as the 'target audience' by throwing away the legacy of previous games and cater to the new generation. Daisuke's vision is sure something wild.
No it's not my first brawler game I played Tekken 6 on PSP against bots for example and MK9 against friends several years ago.
As for "target audience" I believe I'm not one of them since I don't even like that "supers" mechanic. Reaaaally hated when tekken added this "magic" bs in tekken 7. What I'm trying to say is if I was target audience game only featured ground combos and no magic(supers) and no "meters" at all like in tekken 6.

Bruh, charge moves are super easy to execute. And considering you're saying brawler and not FG then it seems to me that you're super casual and generally don't know what you're on about, Tekken has Z motion moves, quarter circles, half circles, just frame moves, so why arent you complaining about motions in Tekken?

So the game becomes better the less mechanics it has? I mean that would be true if the mechanics sucked but in GG they really don't and the series has always been praised for all of the mechanics. It just allows you to be a lot more creative with your combos and general playstyle.

"no supers and meter" Now this is just stupid. Supers are usually really easy to block unless if it is done mid combo or something like that. And you know you can spend meter on something else than just supers, right?

So how about you stop being a baby and go play against some easy bots in tekken 6

I was able to beat all my friends back in my days so don't consider myself too bad.
Because of that I was looking forward to this game since it was advertised as extremely newbee friendly but it turned out quite differently.
I don't know at which stage you're playing but on 8th one amount of time required to charge Dolphin puts you in disadvantage while Sol's and Kai's invincible-frame actions are much easier to execute. I believe May's and Potemkin's charge moves deserve some buff.

Listen You have Vergil profile pick so you should know that Vergil isn't any less fun than Dante despite him not having all those style switching shenanigans.
Daisuke can pull this through he just need a little advice.
