Controller Problems

I'm using a Haute42 T12 and today Strive stopped doing inputs for my LB button and RB, RT, and LT are all reading the same input, I tried resetting the config and changing firmware, different usb ports, nothing worked. Windows and Steam both read my inputs and the buttons are working as intended and work fine on +R but not on strive, was hoping if anyone knew a way to fix this issue.

bumping this. I have the exact same problem with the Haute42 R16. I also tried updating the firmware, restarting my computer, verifying GGstrive game files, tested my inputs in other fighting games, and even tried fiddling with the steam input settings. Nothing works. Moreover, I tested the LB inputs with my xbox one controller and it works totally fine.

Is this a problem that all conrollers with the GP-2040 CE firmware? I'm on the verge of tears rn I just wanna play my pretty girls but I only own this one fightstick ;~;

I don't know how you might adjust this controller's settings since I don't own one. But a quick google search tells me it doesn't support Xbox, which to me implies it isn't an xinput controller by default. With that in mind, you can try checking Strive's steam input settings to see if activating PS recognition will fix this.
