Is there any way to unlock all avatar colors?
Available colors are just from 1 to 6, but I have all colors for all chars in-game. Shouldn't that extend to the custom avatar accessories?

I think you can get some colors from fishing? not sure

All Avatar customizations are adquired by fishing, even without the DLC you can get all the avatar stuff.

As for colors, it truly is from 01 to 06; right now I can only spot "hair" having more colors than just 6.

No character color pack colors for the avatar. Though the avatars are pretty much the most inconsequential thing in this game.
