It doesn't make sense how he starts off in blood mode in your round three, no matter what i do he charges headfirst at the start of the round too. The boss is BS
I remember fighting seth in SF4 was a pain in the ass aswell.
In alot of ways it makes him easier as it gives an opening at round start and hes stuns (with most characters being able to do 150-300 ish corner combos or dusts to his hugh hp).
What really makes the fight unfair is he can spam his dp, cancel it on block, and I believe its throw invincible as well. Thats what really makes the fight hard. You are pretty much at the mercy of how much and how cheesy he wants to be with it.
