Find the most recent one, upload it to google drive, make sure the file isn't restricted and can be shared with anyone with the link, and then post that link here. I can try to find out what is causing this for you.
See if this works
First put Steam in offline mode so that your cloud doesn't update. Then go to this path:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\GGST\Saved
Delete the "Config" folder. This will reset all of your game configurations, including any settings you had (you'll need to set them back up yourself). This will not delete your save file. After deleting the folder, keep Steam offline and try to boot Strive. If it works, you can put Steam online again and let your cloud update.
Report back if this works.
Can you send me the config files just like with your crash dump? I will look at them and try to figure out what the issue is. It might be something that's easy to fix.

Also check that a forgotten Reshade install or SpecialK isn't trying to do anything either, because those could be trying to hook into the game and cause this.
Steam Cloud has recently been having some issues handling Strive's uploads, so as Emerald is suggesting, deleting the personal settings config in your save folder ~and then try right-click-properties Strive in your game library and deactivating the Steam Cloud for this individual game - until you get it working again - may be the way to allow you to refresh the in-game GFX tuning.
I also sent you my SYSTEM.sav file. This is my save file with all my progress (I think I have everything unlocked except figure stuff for Aba and Slayer) and my system settings. Try booting the game with the new ini file first, but if that doesn't work then you can also try placing this file at:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\GGST\Saved\SaveGames\#########
Come back and let me know if this worked for you. As always, back up your files before replacing them with anything. And of course, consider following Moonlit's advice and simply disabling the cloud for a little bit. Tbh I forgot it was an option myself; I thought the only way to avoid cloud updates is to be offline.
I Looked through the previous post on here and couldn't figure out how to do it so I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I really wanna get back into this game so please help I beg
