Let's talk about Dizzy's new design...

First of all, I'm a massive Dizzy fan, since GGX, and I'm very happy and grateful she's finally coming to this latest game. I'm sure we all Dizzy fans will have a blast playing as her.

That said, about her new design... I'm not saying she's been censored (that might or not be the case) but I feel she's lost her identity a little bit too much.
I know she's a queen now, she looks BEAUTIFUL in the concept art, but: was it necessary to change and cover her this much?

Let me elaborate:
Dizzy is my favorite character in fighting games. When I talk about her with people, I always say she's this heavy metal inspired monster girl (Gear, yeah) that looks super powerful and intimidating, but has a heart of gold, the purest of thoughts, and loves every living creature on Earth... nonetheless, she could make the End of Times happen if she ever wanted to (but she never will).
Dizzy is about contrasts. She's DANGEROUS, but harmless. Beautiful and sexy, but innocent and loving. Awesome to look at in battle, but hard to play and master.
Of course now she's matured, we already saw that in Xrd Rev 2, but I don't think she would leave her old self that far away in the past.
In Xrd Rev 2 she wore an elegant dress and then, before coming into battle, it turned into her awesome and characteristic fighting attire, a brand new one, but similar enough to her X's original.

Well, that's just me.
I hope her designers can achieve a good balance between Queen Dizzy and Good Old Dizzy until she arrives, in therms of visual identity, gameplay, and even acting.

i *like* her new design and understand as strive's tryna be more mainstream so whatever...again it's dope and reminds me of female asuka or something as a gear. Np.

But people on vibes like their internet history is spotless is stupid. Regardless of what you watch or if you like sexuality in games, it's part of the human experience & acting like it's not or others are weird for liking a design normalized for years then suddenly changed is cap. So people can like a different character but not how they're presented? spare me.

Don't worry, there must be someone out there who will mod Dizzy's Xrd design into Strive. It happened with I-No.

Dizzy's old design is just stupid and sexual for no reason at all other then it appeals to "certain" players. (Hopefully not yourself.)

Seriously, guys. I don't get why some of you get offended by my OP? Get a grip on yourselves. Basically calling people degenerates or perverts because they don't like their favorite character's new design over the older ones is plain bananas.
It's all a matter of perspective (and your experiences in life matter) and maybe you're seeing things "there" where we don't or you're taking things the wrong way.
Don't want to think you just want to trigger people to get into virtual arguments or to get the wrong kind of attention.

Can't say for everyone (especially since most are probably sniffing twitter gases), but i find your posts funny rather than offensive.
You try so hard to put on this air of enlightenment, but your argument boils down to "y no anime tiddy doe"? It's like a monkey wearing a beret sipping champagne (i mean, i think my previous comparison to an art student was more flattering, but you rejected it, so you get what you get), the dissonance between the form and substance is hilarious. Dizzy. She's not in Strive if it's your first GG game, but you can find her in X and later games. She also used to be the final boss.
