How often the dlc have a discount?

No, that was the only one that wasn't on sale. Season pass 1-3 were all on sale.

steam should have a upcoming sale for fighting games on the 5th of august so most likely they will go on sale,(i know this isn't relevant but still gonna say it) the season 4 pass characters have not yet come out. despite it being able to purchase you will be able to receive the first character in October the other three will come 2025 along with the alternate colours and maps. You will receive one alt colour tho for your characters if you do get it and it's my fav one out of all them so far
