Messiah Will Not Come Help

Hi everyone I hope you're doing well. I know this achievement has been mentioned many times at this point but I am actually hopeless at completing it.

Unfortunately after countless attempts I can't seem to get past stage 8 of Arcade Mode.

From strategies I've tried like using Potemkin and Anji to spam throws, they don't seem to be as effective as they used to be (I know this from many hours of 'testing').

Is there any other "easier" method to completing this?

I found that A.B.A's campaign wasn't too bad, but this was after grinding her out for several hours. Your rival in her path is Elphelt, and as long as you can be quick and lock her out, I found her easier to deal with than Nago. You're still going to need a ton of attempts. Elphelt's power up after R8 gives her more firepower (double lasers i think, maybe also double grenades on her jump). Throwing can be a tool during this battle if it makes sense, but I wouldn't try to force it to empty her bar, honestly. If you learn the character, you should be able to do it!

Seems like a viable strategy! I'd definitely much rather fight elphelt than nago at this point plus I've been learning A.B.A.

Mostly that's just reading Faust and learning Elphelt, though I assume your biggest issue is the crazy range. Remember you're not fighting a real person and spamming out with projectiles isn't something you'll get hate for.

Also Nago is bad but I think Bridget has the worst arcade final: Boss level Ky with perma Dragon Install. ♥♥♥♥'s horrifying.

If other bosses count, I'd say play Slayer or Aba or Elphelt, since
Theis bosses are Zato, Elphelt and Faust respectively
You can cheese Zato with Slayer's various bullsh-t like 2HS or just raw super from fullscreen and a lot of Pile Bunker to stop him from playing
ABA is just ridiculously stong and you just need to activate your rage as fast as you can and mash your way to victory but that could be hard aganist some bots
Finally El's have a pretty good pressure that some bots cant get out of, you just need to learn some good loops and RC combos to get him locked....

Also I dunno what they've broken, but I've found out that if you do not lose any round at all before stage 8, you could replay stage 8 as much as you like (I died like 15 times to Lv8 May on Johnny but got to stage9 anyway - which was even greatet pain but I've managed after like an hour)

Finally, you could learn Testament and beat Nago with him, since his zoning is countering everything Nago pulls out
