Hello I rlly like the character but sadly when I get to floor 4 I always leave opponents at low health

It's made by LordKnight, a professional tournament player who had Millia as his main character for a long time. It was made quite some time ago so not all the information is 100% up to date as Millia has received quite a bit of changes from patches, and it's pretty long but it might still be worth to glance over.

You could also go to youtube and punch in something like "strive high level millia" and watch footage of what experienced players do.

It's important to note that advanced players might not always go for the "max damage combo", and instead opt for a less damaging combo in favor of other advantages.
