Anji has drops, but his drops can be made into 50/50s. He also has multiple counters, which effectively turns off the opponent's pressure and takes his turn back.
Chipp and Millia are fast enough that their pressure feels infinite. However, they have a few instances where the pressure is fake, and if the opponent beats the knowledge check then they can blow those characters up pretty big since they lack guts.
Goldlewis has terrifying pressure because his signature move is a high/low mix, can guard crush, has variable timing due to the direction the coffin comes from, is a frame advantage knowledge check, is hard to push block out, does insane chip damage, and leads to a full combo if it hits. Behemoth Typhoon is probably the single best move in the game for all the ways to use it, but it's attached to somebody with slow and stubby normals and a huge hurtbox.
Sol is designed to crank up the RISC gauge with his block pressure and then cash out with big damage from either his command grab or a beefy counter hit.
Sin is very scary up close and can go for pressure extenders such as his ability to dash out of special moves, but this will eat up your resources so you can't always go for huge blockstrings.
Giovanna is a fast close character with a lot of pressure and 1 of the few characters characters that is actually plus on Super.
Sol has lot of block pressure in his tool kit however he is very sustainable to predictability.
Ky has some of the best normals in the game and is literally built around pressure and filling the risc guage extremely fast on top of being nearly plus on his combos if you know what you're doing. The only downside is that you have to be very confident in your play above nearly every character. In short learn your match ups and learn them well.
Leo is centered around close range pressure and mind games through cross-ups, good mix up potential, and a counter stance to make ppl afraid of striking back. Honestly above everyone else hes exactly what your looking for.
If you are godlike at doing kara + blinks, he sure can.
