This doesn't mean Deliah is next - it's just referencing that Baiken takes care of Deliah, and Sin could simply think that since he knocked Baiken out of commission he has to watch Deliah now.

The other two lines are about shoes (which would exclude Deliah since she doesn't wear shoes in-story) and the other is simply "I'm older...." which could mean anything - people saying he is younger than he is, him telling someone like Elphelt he is actually older than them etc.

Sin is literally 5 years old and beating people with flag sticks. I think she'll do just fine as someone related Bedman.

She's actually 12 according to Another Story. Also we've seen that she's a powerful psychic (like Bedman was), so she'll probably do stuff with that
