Just alt+f4 bad network matches, it's not worth it.
But honestly some players abuse the bad connection as it makes Charge dusts, mega fist, many other things unreactable and they're purely balanced around reacting. Hence why they're not worth it.
The difference between a 25ms Leo I fought and a 150+ms Leo is staggering how different the match plays out.
If you alt f4 , you get that skull mark which means your a rage quitter. Not worth alt f4ing.
Anytime I fight a skull player and they're low ping they have not quitted on me.
50ms and 7 frames is bad PC usually. Unstable connections usually reflect in the ping
200ms is not by any means good gameplay, stable or not. Shenanigans are guaranteed.
I will need more information on this, becuase for example on DBFZ (another game by Arcys). The rage quitter badge cannot be seen by the players who have it; only EVERYBODY who match with said individual can see it. So there is the possiblity you already have this mark/badge but you don't know.
As others stated, if you are that worried, you can simply block them after 1 game, or give them the win for free and block. I mean if its really that bad, you wont get any satisfaction for winning in such condittions as you dont really feel like you won, and if you lose actually trying, you feel like your effort was wasted and can lead to frustrations for the crazy things bound to happend due high RB frames.
Have to sit through 2 Rcode loading screens to block a new player. Fun. So I just end up killing the game if it takes longer to kill myself. All of this can be avoided with a simple ms display before accepting(that way we only need to deal with bad performance players and not both). Unfortunate for Arcsys to try to be inclusive to people abusing high ping to do jank ♥♥♥♥ and ruining the experience.
Either way, the skull practically means a player has ran into laggy players more often than rage quitting cause they're losing. I never match dodge them, never have issues.
That's not true, I had given the chance to RQ on DBFZ to earn the chance to lose the mark (by completing matches with people who accept them), and they still RQ (on that game, manny RQ post mark, leads you to a week long ban, and repeat offenses can lead to perm ban).
So its up to your opponent to decide if you are a RQ, someone who DC offten vs laggy players or whatever.
And yes, I figure the list have a limit (like in DBFZ); unfortunately the way to remove players from that list seems to takes forever in GGStrive. But is your choice, to suffer removing and adding them, or to suffer playing them (specially cause manny will INSIST to rematch you after the fact for some reason).
