Strive Still Won't Let Me Play Online And I Don't Know Why

I've been playing this game about since launch, but for the past few months I have had issues playing online. It's not my internet that's the problem, I can still get into lobbies. The issue is when I try to start a match, the eagle flies in, and I disconnect. I've updated my driver, I've checked my connection stuff, I've verified the game files. I can't play and it's making me really upset, I love this game and I really want to try out Bridget :(

If you know anything about this or anything that could help, I'd really appreciate it :)

Edit: I thought I had figured it out by running as administrator, but after a couple days it has yet again stopped working. Please help me..

I was able to get mine to work as of last night! Hopefully this can help you! All you have to do is run the game as administrator, for some reason my computer was blocking Strive from some of the resources it needs

Just go to your Steam library, click settings on the Strive page, then Properties, Local Files, Browse local files, right click on the Strive application, and then you can give it admin rights! I hope it helps you too!

if you have your games in Program Files folder, then some games will act weird in many regards, including online features unless ran as admin. good practice is to have your steam installed elsewhere, better if on separate volume, or, even better, on another drive
