If you block it X times after it's deployed, it also disappears.
He's not actually invulnerable, and you can throw him into submission.
Just super jump around him if he uses it like a wall. You don't have to walk towards him, after all, and him having it out doesn't make him any more mobile.
Depending on how he uses it, there's a 95% chance that you can simply ride it out by jumping onto the projectile and wasting all his resources, then throw or sweep him when you land.
NOT.
JUMP.
(unless you are Millia, Chipp, or Zato)
He can super jump too, and maybe you can hit him in the air, or maybe you get air-to-aired by a jH or jP spam and end up getting sent right back to the wall.
He can also air grab you and create even more pressure if you block it.
If he's got 50% meter, you 100% don't jump. Don't double jump, don't super jump. I'm pretty sure you know what could happen.
Meseki seems to have the best idea to just FD it and keep some distance.
