It's actually physically painful, I tense up whenever the lyrics hit. It's like... okay for a minute and then just... I feel like I'm listening to Creed.

The previous games OSTs were hot fire. Was hard to find one that wasn't an absolute jam. Even Blazblue which he worked on was consistently good. But this one feels really hit or miss. Half the tracks are amazing, other half of the tracks don't feel like GG at all.

My 2 cents just cus some goof thinks most people like the OST. I think a lot of people who don't like it are just being quiet.

So if people don't agree with you, it just means they aren't talking because you can't possibly be the unpopular opinion?

When people don't like something, they are more vocal about it than those that do, which is why most game forums tend to be a hot mess even if it is a well received game. Its fine if you don't like it, but that logic to assume most others don't based off nothing just doesn't work...

If most people didn't like it, we would definitely be hearing about it.

True, true. This actually makes me feel better though. The game is definitely their way to appeal to a new more broad crowd, so that makes sense it's something more approachable to the average joe or whatever. The youtube comments are a treat on some of these songs, like "YO DAISUKE RELEASING A DEATH METAL ALBUM THAT COMES WITH A FREE GAME?"

Checking into this stuff now that it's actually close to release.. been staying purposefully away from stuff on the game until now.

Okay... not liking all the lyrics when there isn't say.. a more wild and loud 'here it is.. this is a theme and it's really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great and in your face. GET. Pumped.'

Would be nice without lyrics at the very least.. would make the music sound better since you need something as background and voices other than the characters being played is kinda annoying since fighting games depend on you knowing what the opponent is going to do and know how to counter it.

Songs too often will start strong and then dip into slow music and lyrics.. then pick up a bit but it then sounds strange..more like it just wants to put me to sleep.
