I managed to beat him using Potemkin. The key to getting damage is to hit him with safe moves until he is dizzy and then go for a full dust combo. You can tell when he's going to get dizzy because his bloodgage decreases when he takes hits (one Potemkin Buster does about 2/3 bloodgage and about 1/15th health just for reference). Getting a simple dust combo (for Potemkin I just used S jump S, H, H) did significantly more damage and was easier to perform than anything else I could've done.
I also was able to time every round so that when he starts and burst his bloodgage, I would land a Potemkin Buster 100% of the time, but feel free to use regular grabs or other grabs that your character has. Careful not to throw it out early because he is invincible for a huge portion of the animation.
When he does his teleport I mashed crouching P and that gave me room to breath (P,P,P -> Garuda Impact, but do whatever is best for your character.) Other then that, just turtle, play it safe, and go for Dust when he's dizzy.
He almost NEVER jumped so I had pretty good fortune just crouch blocking and changing sides as he teleports.

Basically, you have to play Arcade Mode and never lose a single round in order to stay on the Extreme Route from Stage 1 to 8.
If you lose a round, let the AI beat you then restart. You MUST stay in Extreme Route !

Then, you will reach Stage 8 EXTREME Nago. Beat him WITHOUT losing a single round, too.
After that, you will gain access to Stage 9 Nago who is complete BS ! And I wish you the best of luck if you want to try !

Valuable tips, I appreciate them. I spent 3 hours yesterday trying to beat him. The problem is : I play Nago. And in Stage 9, he's basically a 300% better Nago, and I cannot play on my strengths anymore (HS into fukyo, as he will easily counter them because of Blood Rage). Perhaps I'll try again another time, but not today lmao

Beat Route Extreme Nago 2-0, and you'll meet Stage 9 Nago, he permanently stays in Bloodrage and still has access to all of his moves, goodluck

Also regarding to not losing round to stay on Extreme Route, you don't need to restart from the beginning, all you need to do whenever you drop 1 round is simply throw the next round and Rematch, it still counts as long as you beat everyone 2-0 you'll stay on the Extreme Route, regardless of how many rematch you did
