how to add players to your steam friend-list

Well, just follow up these simple and rapid instructions to add people to your steam friend-list!
INSTRUCTIONS:
If you weren't able to Follow them during your set (by pressing one of the bumpers on controller on the post-game results screen):

1. Navigate to your R-Code, whether that's through the Main Menu or in a Lobby
2. Click the bumpers to view the different R-Code pages. The final page is a list of your last 100 battles and their results.
3. Scrolling through the list, find the person you fought and click the corresponding button to navigate to THEIR R-Code.
4. Once you view their R-Code, you can hit A/X or LT/L2 to open the list of actions, and then in-game follow them and/or view their actual Steam Profile, where you can add them as a friend.
That would be all.

One question: is there a way any way at all to easily go from steam friends list to R-Code?
