How do I get to the 21 U Levels? I also miss the 4 Achievements: Open A Secret Level, Q, U, V
Can someone help me

Sadly your profile is half private, so it's hard to see the achievements you are missing.
If I am right, the Secret achievements are for the level coming after the end of each mode.

21 U levels, I don't know what you mean by that, dude.
Secret Level, Q, U, and V unlock just by playing, dude.

Dude the Levels are Named S for Stalin T for Trosky and there are Levels named U, starting at Level 21

Well, if you have unlocked levels 21S and 21T, you know what to do to get level 21Y, dude!

Maybe if its y, i guessed i need to click the third option in the choice, but its still blurred out by my, so i can click it

To get the 21Y levels you need to start playing from 18T and 18S, choose the option "remove ball gag" and keep playing from there.
This will unlock the option to tie up both.
Continuing from there will give you the achievements you're looking for.
I think you need to do it for both paths seperately though.

I did that, but the 21T and 21S levels didn`t unlock :-(

I figured out how to unlock these 2 levels. You have to choose the middle option: free the other girl and tie up your ally.

In position level 18S or 18T and then after 19S or 19T will be have a question, so select other will be open secret archievement
