Speed x2 enabled on the emulator provided by Steam

Hi there, It might be a dumb question.
It's the first time I play a game on steam that uses (apparently) an emulator. And when I launch the game it goes as if I enabled a speed x2 or something, so it's unplayable. Idk how to deactivate that, if anyone know, let me know

Alright I just found out, if anyone on Earth have the same problem I'll let the post here.
You need to turn on manually the VSync in the Nvidia Panel for the game. Once it's done the game goes at the normal speed

I have AMD in my computer & have the same problem. Im not sure how to fix the 2x speed?

Ok never mind I fixed it, You have to go into sync source and switch it from video to audio.
