Persona 5 Royal isn't canon to Strikers
Thank goodness.

Kasumi was a bad character.

I mean, both versions are feasibly just as canon. Royal doesn't change anything that would inherently change Strikers.

What you say is a lie, in the Japanese version of strikers Morgana says that something similar happened 7 months ago, that is, Royal is completely canon and Strikers its sequel.:P5R_Kasumi:

Given the story related DLC of P5T, I'd say it's likely the other way around; Strikers isn't canon to Royal, which is the canon iteration of Persona 5.
At least for now anyway. There's always a chance that ATLUS could create some new SpinOff incorporating Sophia and/or Zenkichi, or mention the events of P5S.

I heard about that before. Some people say it was 6 months, some others say it was 7.
If it's 7, and considering that it happens near the beginning of the game (July 24), then that would reference the events of December, i.e. Shido's defeat and the destruction of Mementos.
Those are events from the original Persona 5, which Strikers is a sequel to.
While those events are also present in Royal, that's just a result of it being an enhanced re-release of Persona 5.

July 27th is the beginning of the game, Morgana says what I mentioned at the end of the game, not at the beginning, so all your reasoning is wrong.

At this point, you should have known that p5r and p5s was in development at the same time by different studio. That's why nothing in p5r can be possibly mentioned in p5s despite of it's canonicity.

in my opinion, P5R is just a excuse to launch the game in every platform, the addition of Kazumi was just to add something more, perhaps to draw attention or even for future product sales... for me she is the meaning of useless, literally
