Try updating? You can always restore it to a previous version if it doesn't work out.
Why I suggest to update is because the game may be using dx12 ultimate which is only available in later versions(20H1 iirc) of win 10
NP, if it doesn't work, you can revert to your previous version via settings ->update & security -> recovery.

The soundtrack is run by a separate software so it isn't surprising that you can run it. It would be like running an mp3 player.
