"This game is not available on your current operating system"
Anyone else have this issue? I can launch the digital bonus content just fine, but when I try to launch the game itself I get that error.

What ended up working for me was taking Steam out of compatibility mode. Navigating to C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Steam/steam.exe, right click, click compatibility tab, make sure compatibility mode is not checked, if it is uncheck and apply. Doesn't hurt to change settings for all users at the bottom either if multiple users are on the machine. Restart steam and try it again.

Did this after I tried updating windows to latest, updated gpu drivers, and running as admin to no avail. I didn't even know my steam app was in compatibility mode.

Just a guess but did you update your windows 10 to the latest version(20H2)? Some people intentionally keep their win 10 at older versions(eg 1903) because they believe that the newer versions will cause compatibility issues with certain software such as drivers.

Actually I saw that as an option but I did not update to that yet.

Try updating? You can always restore it to a previous version if it doesn't work out.

Why I suggest to update is because the game may be using dx12 ultimate which is only available in later versions(20H1 iirc) of win 10

Side note, I'm able to launch the bonus content(where you can see artwork and listen to the OST) just fine. But not the main game lol

NP, if it doesn't work, you can revert to your previous version via settings ->update & security -> recovery.

Either way, please do share the outcome with us so that others with the same issue will know whether it works, thank you.

The soundtrack is run by a separate software so it isn't surprising that you can run it. It would be like running an mp3 player.

Crap, I forgot to ask you this first. Are you using 32 bit or 64 bit win 10? This game can only run on 64 bits.

try updating to 20H2 im using that version too and can start the game without problems
