Hello everyone! We have an rolled out an update to the Digital Bonus App with the following changes:

• Added the ability to click on button guides to use certain commands for all sections of the bonus app
  
• Added the ability to turn off subtitles in the "Behind the Scenes" section
  
• Adjusted text to better align between all languages
  
• Various bug fixes

UPDATE 4/21

We have prepared Hotfix 2, which should further increase stability of the game against crashes and hang issues.

Here’s how to access it:

Hotfix 1 will still be available for users, and if you are not experiencing further issues with hotfix 1 we recommend not opting into the latest branch. You can find hotfix 1 here

I completed the Osaka Jail while I was offline and the achievement for it is not popping. Is there anything I can do to get it to load?

Randomly freezing but im getting a stable framerate and my temps aren't bad but it's crashing alot.

I have encountered issues while attempting to run the game. Both FPS drops and screen freezing consistently occur, despite my system specifications exceeding the recommended requirements. I have already attempted to address these problems by following solutions provided on this community hub, but unfortunately, they have not resolved the issues.

Here are my system specifications:

Operating System: Windows 11
Processor: Intel i7-12700H
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
Memory: 16,384MB
DirectX: Version 12

this here is why im no longer hyped for any atlus ports, P4G is still broken and then later even newer games made on newer tech like P5R and Strikers slowly get more broken as time goes on.

If the game doesn't load and you have black screen at the start try to change config.xml in AppData\Roaming\SEGA\Steam\P5S.

Change <Movie>0</Movie> to <Movie>1</Movie>.

When you interact with a save/warp point, there's a chance the game will get locked before the menu shows up forcing you to restart and potentially lose an amount of progress.

Was hotfix2 ever merged into the stable release of the game btw?

Dear Atlus please fix your game. With my old pc i haven´t any problems with the performance. On my brand new one it runs very bad because the frame rate is not stable at all sometimes it drops down to 20fps. Some player said it´s the cpu from the 12th gen and newer. I have a 13th gen intel(R) core(TM) i5-13600KF. So please patch !! btw would you also add german audio for your persona games ? Persona 3 the movie and also Persona 5 the Animation already has a german dub and it would be nice to play your games in my native language. I mean come on you charge 60 euro for your games for P3 reload even 70 euros and for that full price title i can expect a proprely localization. The german speaking market is worth it and the biggest in europe.

Hi, I'm experiencing a bug with the Gusts of Punishment request. The target is not populating (never had the chance to encounter the target). Does not appear in the map where target is supposed to be, and when I go the location anyways, the target is not there.
The menu for the Shibuya jail says that there is a request active in the jail, but the target is not there.

I've cancelled and re-accepted the quest. No dice.

They abandoned fixing bugs and performance issues

Again, to everyone still reading and posting here or elsewhere on the forums: send your reports to Sega's support for Atlus games[support.sega.com] and let them know that leaving the game in this state is not acceptable, that they are essentially scamming people by charging full price for a game that is unplayable for many. Choose Persona 5 Strikers as game and Windows as platform.

I updated my PC hardware recently, to Nividia 40series & Icore 13. Then I found the game stuck and not running well... there are some posts here this game not optimize well for latest hardware, so please have a check and fix it. Until then I may consider to purchase P5 strategy:-)

You are assuming they will actually look into it and not just ignore you and give an automated response which ticket systems for video game companies are usually like.
