Hello everyone! We have an rolled out an update to the Digital Bonus App with the following changes:

• Added the ability to click on button guides to use certain commands for all sections of the bonus app
  
• Added the ability to turn off subtitles in the "Behind the Scenes" section
  
• Adjusted text to better align between all languages
  
• Various bug fixes

We have prepared Hotfix 2, which should further increase stability of the game against crashes and hang issues.

I have resolved the issue by formatting and reinstalling the PC.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I have no sound in the game.
All sounds, including BGM, SE, and VOICE, are silent and there is no sound.
However, the DLC 'Persona 5 Strikers Bonus Content' plays sound without any issues.
I have no sound in 'Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers', but other games like P5R play sound normally.
If you have any information on how to resolve this issue, could you please let me know?

I have tried the following, but none of them resolved the issue:

• Right-clicking the game title in Steam library → "Properties" → "Local Files" → "Verify Integrity of Game Files" (5 times)
  
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the game. (3 times)
  
• Adjusting the sound volume in the game's "CONFIG" → "Sound Settings" (100%)
  
• Adjusting the master volume in the Windows volume mixer. (100%)
  
• Switching the output device to multiple devices such as speakers or headphones.
  
• Adjusting the volume and output device settings for the game individually. (100%)
  
• Setting the output device for the game to the same device as the master volume.
  
• Switching between various "default format" options (8 types, such as 2 channels, 24 bit, 44100Hz) in the "Properties" → "Advanced" tab → "Default Format" of the playback device in "Control Panel" → "Hardware and Sound" → "Sound"
  
• Checking "Disable all sound effects" in the "Enhancements" tab
  
• Turning off "Virtual Surround" in the "Spatial Sound" tab
  
• Launching the game with Hotfix2 (https://steamcommunity.com/app/1382330/discussions/0/3175575850985466747/)

In the cutscene where Ren and the rest of the Phantom Thieves are leaving the part of Japan they know, Ryuji's line "Summer vacation, here we come!" has the same subtitles for just before when he says "Yeah!"

I would assume this is nothing more than a mistake.

It's available on Sega's support here[support.sega.com]. Choose Atlus, then as Game Persona 5 Strikers and Windows.

Atlus is not dead, it's a subsidiary of Sega and support for all Atlus games is handled through Sega's support platform.

And, just as previously stated, send the issues to Sega's support. I might compile a list of the issues I know of if Sega shows at least some willingness to update the game.

What I know from the top of my head:

• Random crashes and freezes.
  
• Infinite black screen.
  
• Frame drops.
  
• Stuttering.
  
• CPU not being utilized properly (temp solutions here and here).
  
• Anti-aliasing causing blurring of text and UI elements.
  
• Analog stick only working as 8-direction movement.
  
• Not working on Win 11 and even 10, seems to vary quite a bit between users.
  
• The bugs and issues I listed here (not everything is a bug, only the top two).

My display frequently freeze.
Especially in Jail, I can not play game.
Please tell me what should I do.
I tried reinstalling game and driver, but it did not improve.
My PC`s spec is extremely high for this game. And other game such as Apex, VALORANT can run. So it might be have problem in software.

I can't launch the game. I click "Play", Steam will appear to loading, then pass 30 seconds aprox. and the game close itself.
My PC specifications:
OS: Win 10 64bits
CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 4800HS
RAM: 16GB
GPU: GeForce GTX 1650 Ti 12GB

Why don't people read? It's just been said to take this to SEGA support, and the following two people completely ignore it and write here, where no one but other people who are having problems themselves will read it...

Every time i try to open the game it keeps giving an error that "this game is not available on your current operating system" is anyone else having the same issue?

I can't even start the game itself. All it says is: "This Game is not available for your current Operating System".

Now keep in mind that I do have Windows 10 and I updated it and I do have it on x64 bit. I also updated my GPU Driver and I tried many other things yet it doesn't do anything.

I checked the System Requirements and the only thing that is off is that my CPU is too weak but I don't really think this could possibly cause the issue. I do have an Intel i5-11400F.

I am just begging for help since I really want to enjoy this game!

I have just reached the part in Shibuya where you visit the velvet room for the first fusion, however, the only persona I have at this time is Pixie and Arsene. I can't progress further due to the fact that the only persona it will allow me to fuse is a Bicorn, which requires a Jack o Lantern. I am effectively soft-locked in the velvet room.

Game still loads as black screen. I have to disable bonus content to even be able to run the game and I have a 9th gen laptop with RTX3060 and Win 11.

Very disappointed with you guys, but you don't care, because these problems are as old as the release of this game. I guess I'm done buying Atlus products.
