UPDATE 3/17

Hello everyone! We have an rolled out an update to the Digital Bonus App with the following changes:

• Added the ability to click on button guides to use certain commands for all sections of the bonus app
  
• Added the ability to turn off subtitles in the "Behind the Scenes" section
  
• Adjusted text to better align between all languages
  
• Various bug fixes

2) Infinite black screen - The game may get stuck on a black screen, which can occur after a boss fight or when running the game in fullscreen or borderless windowed.
3) 100% CPU usage / Freezing / Random frame drops and stutters

During the Sendai part, one day, the character started running and fighting in slow motion from time to time, but it didn't bother me too much and I kept playing on til I reach the Osaka part, and now, the game crashes whenever I tried to report 2 requests that I completed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still crashes when I report the request.

Update: Though I can still complete and get request rewards, I encounter 2 more requests that crashes the game when I try to get reward and the common thing I found between them is that the reward is either increase shop items or unlock bond level cap. The game still runs okay, but it's really strange that it specifically only crashes when I try to get reward for these 4 requests

Not sure how to describe this exactly. The game runs fine. It lags for the first action after I open the game but other than that it's okay. My problem is with the screen. It's like everything is under a filter of gray, so it doesn't let me enjoy the graphics very well and it makes fighting harder. When I point my camera downwards, the filter goes down and I can see fine, but there's no way I'm going to play the whole game like this.

I defeated the Reaper while Steam achievements were down, and the achievement unlock did not trigger.

The screen is grayed out. When I move the camera upwards, the gray slowly goes away to the bottom of the screen, letting me see fine. Cutscenes and fights are grayed out because there's no way to move the camera/no way to properly fight while camera is pointing upwards. What do I do? I have some screenshots of the issue on my profile.

Have you tried to re-fight him? It becomes somewhat easy after a certain point... at least I can say that nobody will unlock that achievement for you manually. I mean, we haven't got a word from support in all this thread except for the main post...

I agree, it took me forever to find even that temporary fix for this, and remembering to do it every time--especially with all the crashes--is crazy. I also have to save obsessively because there is a 30-50% chance the game could crash whenever I move maps, but recently the game has become almost unplayable around 55 hours in partway through the Osaka jail , crashing every time I try to progress through a level.

my game won't start. it loads like any other steam game, ready to start and then the window simply closes, i even downloaded a cracked version to see if the error was still there-

to my surpise and dissapointment, both versions (the one bought in steam and the cracked) have this problem

Since updating my Windows 10 version, I am getting frequent stutters that make the game unplayable. It ran fine before.

People, please send all your reports to Sega's support here[support.sega.com]. Eventually, they must realize that the game is in an unplayable state and that they have to take action.

For a while, it had no issues until I left the first jail for the first time, in which I would be trapped in an infinite black screen. Now the game won't even start, giving me the error that it's not compatible with my operating system, even though just yesterday it was working (up until the first time I left the first jail.)

I have no idea how to fix this at this point. I tried everything to defeat the dreaded black screen and now the game doesn't even start.

I'll try to update later. Some of them are not bugs, but still worth mentioning:

- Sometimes the game gets stuck in the first loading screen
- Loading times are way too long!
- When FMVs play, maybe the game is loading the next assets or something, but they stutter horribly!
- Turning off input indicators should turn them off for cutscenes as well...?
- PLEASE give option to change jail music! (Like the option to change battle music). Jail music is really bad and, personally, ruins the mood of the game for me. I'd rather be listening to any of the track included in the game's OST.

Disable hyperthreading in BIOS setting. I had exactly same issue and it worked.

The game stopped working even in windowed mode after the tutorial boss cutscene where Sophia is going to show me the exit. The game is in slow motion in most of the battles even with the lowest settings possible.
