This was a fail - at least the mad plan to have Derek's power the teleporter failed. They may no weigh enough and fall over and then roll themselves right off the edge. (Poor Dereks! None equipped with a rewind button.) May redo the level and see if I can kick a weight onto a flipped teleporter for power. Just teleported out the quick hop way from the 8-bit game location.
Step 1: take a photo behind the teleporter including the pedal, turn 180º, place the photo
Step 2: Step on the pedal in the photo, then take another photo including the timer and the portal
Step 3: Turn the second photo 180º, run to the portal, BINGO!
Three blueprints in the level are simply used for unlocking the achievement "Liberate the Dustins!" and "Dustinvasion!"
Still want to try using one of the weights that you can kick to operate the teleporter. Dereks may not weigh enough. But I'm curious about using one to operate the teleporter.
first, take a photo behind the teleporter
next, liberate the Dustin, then copy Dustins including the upstair to both get Dustinvasion! and go upstairs
go upstairs to get the 8-bit game photo, go in to get the Mahjong and extra film.
place the photo you've first taken to complete the level.
