Impeccable Timing Bugged?

"Complete a timer level with only a fraction of a second to spare"
Does it require 0.1 seconds or less on the timer like the icon suggests? I tried twice on the timer level, and pulled the final switch both times after the timer showed a 1 on it. Anything under 1 is a fraction of a second, so I thought the achievement would proc.

I am not doing it a third time, this feels super bad.

It means the teleporters on earlier levels that have a timed "battery" attached to them, you need to use one of those just before the time runs out on the battery.

Like Chapter 3 all of the 5's? I know I've tried it on these, and I've rewound to just before the teleporter powers down, and it still doesn't proc

don't rewind. catch the last 0.1 second to press E and teleport before the time-limited power buffer runs out. Can be relatively more easily achieved in Chapter 3 Level 5.5

Geez, I would have kept trying the final level forever, those power-timers never registered as being in the same category to me at all, hah.

The achievement does not apply to the last level. It refers to the circular-looking timers from earlier puzzles. I think they were introduced in chapter 3. It may take a couple tries to get the timing down. I had to rely on the sound of it beeping and wing it, but it does work.

I know that now, I was just counting myself among those who initially misunderstood it, so wasted time trying to get it on the last level.

I'm glad I came back to this post to see so many others who fell for the same trap as me. Makes me feel less like a dummy.
