How to unlock new areas and craft world seeds?

I can't seem to progress in the game any further than the Meadow Quarters. It's been at 100% for a while now and I completed all the stone tasks. I've sung to the stone in the town and nothing. I also haven't been able to make new world seeds. I am only able to get essences from items. Can someone help me figure out how to continue?

Have you finished your first world? You can't start making seeds until your first world "blooms".

Which basically means growing the world until you can sing to the world seed. Then you should be able to continue, on the World Tree and your city.

So I am now able to craft world seeds, but I still can't unlock any new town areas. Any suggestions?

Scratch that. I have no idea what I did but now I can unlock new areas.

You unlock a new town area every time the current one reaches "100% harmony" and you sing to the stone (the stone gems do not all have to be lit up).
