No Pallas

so i unlocked the plains district and crossed the bridge yet no Pallas....
i thought this is how i meet him, could someone please help me? how do i meet Pallas? what do i need to do in order for him to show up?

i also had this problem! apparently pallas will only appear when you build a library- and there's currently a bug where they won't appear if you build the library anywhere that's not the meadow quarters. i dont know the specifics but that seems to be what it generally is and i hope its getting fixed with the next update but dont know for sure!

I got a cutscene showing Pallas when I entered the second district at the start of the day, after building a library in Meadows (and nowhere else), but I could never find them. The district overview in Meadows shows them as "unemployed" in the people management tab and they are supposed to be located at the library, but they aren't. I tried to assign them housing from management, but nothing works. I read somewhere here that restarting the game helps and tried that several times, but it didn't work.

Check to see if there's a quest that mentions him.

Ok, I've already finished the game so..... who is Pallas? I don't think I ever met him. I got the two childhood friends in Meadow and I had the two masked folk show up in Island when I built my first temple. I thought they were the only NPCs.

Today I had Pallas randomly introduce themself when I entered an area that apparently I hadn't explored before for some reason, and was going to get back to me when a cave can be entered. A few more in-game days passed and nothing more has happened so far... Pallas still shows up in the Meadows management tab as unemployed and I still can't employ or house them.

there are some problems with this NPC & the whole quest is rather underwhelming anyway
there will be probably a fix for Pallas at some point, the issues are known

you could try to demolish the library in Meadow Quarters & rebuild it, maybe that would help
or demolish all libraries everywhere, save manually, restart the game, reload from the save & then build one in Meadow Quarters

That's a good idea actually. I don't have any other libraries anyway, as I only have two other districts to place all my buildings in because platforming...
