Yes but only for pasive bonuses and they give you 1-2 spells. You can eqiop them like other items, max. 2. But you can't see them in Battle. (translated)

I believe ther main purpose is to give to give a passive bonus when other players battle your toon in PVP, otherwise they just help you open chests (+ give xtra keys)
