Need help with Squirrel game
I mean, i can barely find the squirrels on days where my only enemy are random ghosts and that circle of stone.

Now that i'm on the 3rd day and Bear Squirrels joined the party, i just can't.

It's the literal only game i'm having difficulties playing. Can't believe i'm asking how to git gud on a game jam game but here we are. It's my least favorite anyways i just want to get it over. any tips?

Well, I managed it. Somehow. After a lot of failure earlier. I still died another 7 or so times but you do get less bomb squirrels after every 3 deaths (it's a note).

What I did was crawl always. Like an infant. Even walking screwed me over half the time. Stay low and slow and don't shoot unless you see "squirrel" in your target. I set up my H.Q. around the tower where there was both bullets and health I could count on. On day 4 I got lucky as heck after one death, the big squirrel I needed was right out the cabin. I bagged him with one shot and that made my life easier. When it comes to shooting little squirrels or the big squirrel in certain situations, I get the little ones because it seems like they can disappear for good up the trees. I haven't seen a big one do that yet.

All of this stuff put together got me a victory. It was a pain though.

I'm a struggling as a squirrel hunter as well. Day 3 blues over here as well. About to give it a few more rounds. Let you know if I suddenly end up the champ!

I managed as well one day before you posted here. Thank you for coming, most people don't have trouble so they think we're exaggerating.

I did the exact same painstaking way as you, and i would run if i was close to that pylon tower because there's always an ammo and heal spot there and the bears explosions always leave you with a slice of HP and the health point can be used infinitely. It's only a matter of reaching it before they reach you or surviving with one slice and reaching it before a ghost or some ♥♥♥♥ deals the final blow.

There was even a day where i did the exact same tactic as you and as i was going back to the cabin a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bear exploded on me and then a ghost did the final blow, about a few steps near the cabin, i was so pissed.

The God at the end wasn't even worth it lol

Aw man! I had the bear/ghost 1-2 punch with all my squirrels collected on the way back to the cabin too. I almost drop-kicked the monitor into next week!

There should be a difficult setting to that game just like touched by an elder god had it. But in the end we made it, that's what matters.

It is. Toasts all around. Though I wish I could get the frame-rate of To the End of Days to normalize. I'm not getting killed via lack of skill, the frame-rate is murdering me over and over. It's the only one I'm having that problem with, ugh!
