I can't install the game

Hello, I have a question

I installed the game but the game does not start.
I think it's because it doesn't contain the contents of the file.
Anyone have the same symptoms?

I'm not good at English, sorry if I make a mistake or it's hard to read.

After some testing, It seems some bugs on steam backend. Can you provide more information about details such as hardware and operating system information so that I can communicate with steam in detail,
