WTO sanctions

I'm playing as Cyprus and, because of decreting a couple of tariffs to make my industry grow, I got sanctioned and kicked out of the WTO. Now I'm unavailable to trade with any other country rather than Belarus, Syria, Algeria, Kosovo, Afghanistan, North Korea and Ethiopia.

The question is: where can I look for the sanctions I have? How can I get to trade again with the rest of the world? And how can I improve my economic relations with other countries so I could get into the WTO again?

In your case there are no sanctions since it was not a decision of the UN, it was the expulsion of the organization and re-entering the WTO is very difficult, what you could do is create your own commercial organization to expand trade to other countries with whom you have good relationships and join it.
Improving relationships could create alliances, or sell products at a lower price than those bought in those countries.

PD: And the tariffs cannot be higher than 7% in the total so you must distribute them as best you can.
