3rd fat upgrade (950)?

I have 2 upgrades so far but i cannot seem to find the 3rd one to do the Dojo skill or whatever

Where are all the upgrades to check what am i missing?

EDIT: Nevermind, it's in the Food Festival at the main village. Loads of talking but you need Fat 650-690, wich i had. Now i can continue
